Customised Service

The eceBusCare service is customised according to each organisation’s needs. After carrying out an assessment, we will structure a Service Plan that will identify the key areas to be focused on.

Executive Dashboard

Once in place, a ‘dash-board’ style of reporting can then be developed that will tell you how well your organisation is achieving in key areas such as:

Service Plan

Once the Service Plan has been agreed upon and an agreement signed with Edupac, you will receive regular support and advice provided by qualified Edupac professionals. This is to be charged by Edupac at a set rate per child per month for licensed ECE services.

Priority Areas for Support

Priority Areas for support are developed in consultation with each client, and are detailed in a customised Service Plan. This forms the basis for the service over the initial year. Priority Areas are developed to comply with the Ministry of Education Regulations and other Government requirements.
