We have established over 60 ECE Centres throughout New Zealand, each reflecting the unique needs of their surrounding communities.

Developed the ECE Plan for Counties Manukau for the Ministry of Education in 2008

Delivered governance programmes for the Department of Internal Affairs over the period 2008–2011
Tupa’i has over 15 years in establishing and operating ECE services throughout Auckland.
Tupa’i is a member of the Institute of Directors He is also a member of the NZ Childcare Association (Te Tari Puna Ora o Aotearoa).
